Integrated Management System: Quality, Safety, Environment
Sieco Service S.r.l. provides environmental and safety services for oil wells. It guarantees a service aimed at satisfying customer requirements through compliance with mandatory regulations and the needs and expectations of all interested parties. The company is committed to pollution prevention as part of an Integrated Management System (Quality, Safety and Environment), using the best available technologies applicable to its sector of activity and economically feasible.
The policy is disseminated to all personnel working for Sieco Service or on its behalf and is made available to interested parties, shared at all levels of the organisation, and reviewed periodically to ensure its effectiveness and continued suitability.
Through its Quality, Environmental Protection, Health and Safety Policy, the Top Management of Sieco Service S.r.l. is committed to:
- Managing all stages of its processes in full compliance with legal requirements and the provisions of the Integrated Management System, while promoting an effective policy for environmental protection and the prevention of workplace injuries by eliminating or reducing risks associated with operational activities;
- Carrying out periodic assessments of the Integrated Management System’s performance;
- Reviewing, at least annually, the objectives related to quality, environment, and occupational health and safety, taking into account associated risks and opportunities;
- Pursuing continuous improvement in all areas of the organization;
- Eliminating any nonconformities related to service quality, environmental protection, and occupational safety;
- Implementing corrective and preventive actions to avoid the occurrence or recurrence of nonconformities, and adopting a “risk-based thinking” approach as a strategic management tool to eliminate potential nonconformities at their source within the Integrated Management System;
- Monitoring environmental, quality, and safety aspects of all activities, and implementing actions to reduce and minimize both environmental impacts and risks to personnel, considering all stages of the product life cycle;
- Ensuring compliance with customer requirements and with the needs and expectations of all relevant stakeholders;
- Providing adequate human and financial resources to achieve the established objectives;
- Considering occupational health and safety, and their results, as an integral part of corporate management;
- Communicating and disseminating the company policy to all personnel working within the organization and to all interested parties.
To this end, the Company has established the following objectives:
- Enhance the training of all personnel in matters related to quality, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety;
- Reduce the number of extraordinary maintenance interventions;
- Improve the quality of the services provided;
- Procure materials and services exclusively from qualified suppliers;
- Prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace;
- Manage risks and opportunities arising from the analysis of contextual factors and from the needs and expectations of the interested parties relevant to the Integrated Management System.
